Ruby is a creative problem solver, product manager, and operations specialist, with a passion for medtech and engineering. As an early employee of Square, she led teams working on Square Point of Sale mobile and web products. She also has 15+ years of experience in biotech, health IT, education, entertainment, marketing consulting and blockchain.

With over 8 years of experience in the NYC creative agency world, Tigerlily is a master designer and storyteller, specializing in branding, creative strategy, and experiential design and production with a focus on sustainable fashion, conservation, wellness, and human evolution.
She was the Creative Director of the Gratitude Migration festival, has designed and managed campaigns for VICE Media, Jagermeister, Diageo, and is a founding member of the Global Coralition, a coral reef restoration organization.

Maria Kurilo [Masha]

Masha is a business development and investor relations specialist, having connected over hundreds of companies with their investors and key network throughout her career. Masha is a Neuroscience and organizational psychology expert, with a past career in medical research at the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). She is the innovation lead and co-creator of an Amsterdam-based un-conference and community, PHX. She is currently working on bridging the tech ecosystem between Europe and the US.

Ace Studio is run by Audrey Gourdji, a web designer and developer with a background in business and fashion. Ace Studio is an official Webflow Expert Partner and combines strong industry experience with design thinking and development skills to build solutions for clients. Their core belief is that every project must strike a balance between form and function.
